Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Proven software engineer experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS with Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Java programming experience; Unix and Python beneficial.
• Experience with software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with CI/CD, version control, and best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, reliable operation of CLM/CRM and third-party apps.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and issues.
• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate across analysts, product, and delivery teams.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications per evolving requirements.
• Assist in client workshops and requirements analysis.
• Support testing activities including UAT and integration tests.
• Document technical details and promote knowledge sharing.
