Location: Makati | Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible) | Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Wednesday)

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support application enhancements, data analysis, and system configuration for enterprise-level platforms. This role requires strong SQL skills, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with business processes in the insurance or financial sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of IT experience with proven data analysis expertise
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and relational databases (SQL)
• Ability to create and interpret data mapping/layout artefacts
• Skilled in configuring systems or platforms (e.g., insurance or financial systems)
• Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle SQL/PLSQL (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with developers, testers, and business teams
• Comfortable documenting test scripts, identifying defects (e.g., in JIRA), and supporting UAT
• Self-driven with a mindset for continuous improvement
• Insurance or financial services industry background is a plus
• Understanding of general insurance risk and bookkeeping concepts is a bonus
