Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Makati is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for enterprise CRM.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to deliver secure, scalable CRM systems. You’ll participate in the full SDLC, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality, with a hybrid onsite/remote work setup in Ayala Makati.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 2 years hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365/CRM, Dataverse, C# / .NET, and plugins/workflows.
Experience with APIs, integrations, data migration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and components.
Configure and customize using native features and Power Platform.
Develop integrations and support Dataverse, data modeling, migration.
Participate in the full SDLC, testing, deployment, and release management.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement system enhancements.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, business analysts, and technical leads to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Develop system integrations and support Dataverse, data modeling, migration, and data quality activities.
Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and release management.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions follow coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation for solution support, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
Contribute to Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
