About the role

Hellenic Manning Overseas, Inc. is seeking a talented Crewing Processor to join our team in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for efficiently processing crew members for our international shipping operations, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

What you\'ll be doing

1. Reviewing and processing crew member applications and documents


2. Coordinating with recruitment agencies and clients to facilitate the hiring process


3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all crew members


4. Assisting with the preparation of crew member travel and accommodation arrangements


5. Collaborating with the Crewing team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies


6. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders


7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

1. Proven experience in a similar crewing or recruitment role within the shipping industry


2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
