• Excellent understanding of crew management, recruitment, onboarding, and crew welfare practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with crew and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering, or any related course.
• At least 3 years experience as Crewing Manager with focus on maritime or shipping industries.
• Strong knowledge of crewing processes, maritime regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with STCW, MLC, and other relevant crewing regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent understanding of crew management, recruitment, onboarding, and crew welfare practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with crew, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
