Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical crewing or fleet personnel within a manning agency or ship management company.
• Experience handling technical seafarers (Deck and Engine) for ocean-going vessels.
• Knowledge of STCW, MLC, MARPOL, DMW/POEA, MARINA, and Flag State requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
