Qualifications

• College graduate in Science or Management.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong follow-through.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop crew deployment plans based on vessel assignments and rotations.
• Coordinate deployment activities from documentation, training and dispatch to repatriation of seafarers.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts for PEME, PDOS, travel, and training logistics.
• Prepare reports to aid management of crewing operations.
