Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 14 years of professional experience in ship management with a focus on training and crewing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical and solution-oriented with proactive mindset for process improvement.
• Excellent coordination and teamwork, reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of training sessions conducted by internal and external providers.
• Proactively assess crew training needs based on the training matrix.
• Coordinate with Vessel Handlers to ensure training requirements are met and support deployments.
• Ensure all crew on vacation meet MPS Competence standards and STCW rules prior to redeployment.
• Maintain training calendars and records, and liaise with external providers.
