JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Credit Support Manager II (AVP) to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive turnaround times and accuracy, manage performance, and coach staff towards career growth while ensuring optimal resource utilization across multiple projects.

The role requires extensive banking operations knowledge and strong communication across senior management, with a focus on risk assessment and process improvements. Office-based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's Degree with 9+ years post-qualification experience, or graduate with at least 12 years in a financial institution.
• Experience in banking products such as client onboarding, know your customer, credit, loan operations, underwriting or investment banking knowledge.
• Experience managing large teams and providing coaching for career progression.
• High proficiency in time management and prioritizing multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to multiple levels of management.
• Ability to foster process improvement and identify trends for customer and business benefits.
• Ability to resolve client service issues quickly while delivering world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the target. Eye for detail.
• Manage individual and team performance standards and mentor resources to achieve career goals.
• Manage resources and capacity across multiple projects with optimum utilization and no NIL impact on operations.
• Maintain and comply with procedures, policies and contractual obligations.
• Escalate appropriately in high-risk, complex environments.
• Prepare KPIs, KRIs, and publish data to Senior Leaders; present data to Management.
• Oversee quality control of the process and analyze risks to identify root causes.
