Job summary

Medtronic Philippines is seeking a high-performing medical devices sales professional to drive cardiac-related market growth and meet sales targets in the region. You will build long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursue leads, and implement market development plans to expand Medtronic's footprint while educating customers on our products and services.

The role emphasizes field activities, collaboration with R&D, Operations and Marketing, and frontline support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences sales/clinical roles.
• Experience in cardiac surgery and/or cardiology is highly desirable.
• Industry professionals with proven product and scientific activity leadership are preferred.
• Shifters to healthcare with willingness to provide expert OR support are welcome.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in related healthcare field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences
• Experience in cardiac surgery and/or cardiology is highly desirable
• Career‑level medical devices sales/pharma representatives, who are fully qualified, experienced professionals in driving product and scientific activities
• Healthcare career shifters with willingness to work and provide expert technical support in the operating room are welcome to apply
