Job summary

The role requires leadership, mentoring, and strong statistical modeling skills in SAS/Python/R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in credit risk, risk policy, or portfolio risk in banking/finance.
• Strong knowledge of SAS, Python, and R for risk modeling.
• Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop new risk techniques and improve processes within Risk Management.
• Analyze credit and financial performance to adjust credit policies.
• Use SAS in UNIX environment for risk and data analyses.
• Research risk questions using risk systems and support ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop, test, and optimize credit policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage risk levels across products and prepare senior management presentations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior officers.
