The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize AR exposure. You will review customer accounts, use credit management tools daily, and work with collections on past-due balances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of credit risk assessment experience.
• Experience reading and analyzing customer financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong analytical and written/spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of customers where you will review and approve the release of orders on hold.
• Utilize credit management tools on a daily basis for credit decisioning.
• Exercise independent judgement to address internal customer requests.
• Perform regular reviews of high credit risk customers to mitigate AR exposure.
• Perform month-end reconciliation between AR subledger and GL for Thailand Operating Units.
• Collaborate with collections regarding past-due balances that may impact shipping.
• Complete credit reference requests and gather information for Financial Status Reviews.
• Understand business, economic, and industry risks and stay updated on financial news.
