Responsibilities include daily review of payments, matching to open receivables, accurate allocation, and assisting month-end close. The candidate should have a finance degree, at least 1 year in customer service or BPO, and strong English skills, with night-shift availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any finance field.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or BPO related fields.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review received payments (bank statements) daily.
• Match received payments to open receivables using payment details and remittance advice from customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments against invoices across all payment types (wire, credit card, ACH, etc.).
• Run automated cash posting and demo memo creation; review and fix errors related to uploading.
• Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.
