Job summary

You're expected to document all customer interactions in the CRM, coordinate with Risk, Fraud and Tech teams, and adapt to new technology in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Card Business or Banking and Finance is advantageous.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer lending or credit card.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; adaptable to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle user queries regarding Access Card applications, activation, and credit limit increases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues, payment discrepancies, and tech problems with the digital interface.
• Maintain understanding of Access Card features, repayment terms, and security protocols.
• Document all interactions in CRM and update account information in real time.
• Coordinate with Risk, Fraud, and Tech teams to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery.
• Strictly follow Data Privacy regulations and internal security policies.
