Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via mail, email, fax and other means pertaining to cardholder/corporate accounts.
• Validate disputes and document updates in client systems per policies.
• Identify potential fraud, credit, collection or chargeback issues and escalate accordingly.
• Sort, scan and distribute mail for action according to procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and client standards in daily tasks.
