Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Credit and Collection Officer for a lending company. You will handle inquiries about Access Card applications, activations, and credit limits, and resolve transaction issues with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

You will document all interactions in CRM, coordinate with Risk, Fraud and Tech teams, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies while supporting customers through the lending process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer lending business, or credit card.
• Ability to operate computer and MS Office and adapt to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Handle user queries regarding Access Card applications, activation, credit limit increases, and statement concerns.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues, payment discrepancies, and technical difficulties with the digital interface.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Access Card features, repayment terms, and security protocols to provide accurate information.
• System Maintenance: Use CRM and internal database tools to document all customer interactions and update account information in real-time.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the Risk, Fraud, and Tech teams to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery.
• Compliance: Strictly follow Data Privacy regulations and internal security policies to protect sensitive user information.
