Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Loans Coordinator in the Metro Manila area to manage loan applications from submission to processing and to assist customers throughout the journey.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in loan processing, banking, or customer service. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

You will coordinate with internal teams, keep accurate records, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related.
• At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking, lending, or customer service.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and application procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor loan applications from submission to processing.
• Assist customers with loan inquiries and requirements.

• Follow up on pending requirements and applications.
• Maintain accurate loan records and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
