Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer for the Credit Card Business Group to drive the area’s sales targets by generating and sustaining turn-ins and approvals from BBG, W2R teams, Group Sale accounts, SBC/CBDOG accounts, and external partners.

You will support business development through leads generation, bulk acquisition, and process improvement projects, with a focus on partner collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years strong sales experience, preferably in credit cards.
• High passion for sales and excellent negotiation.
• Strategic with leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective and assertive communication for stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive partner and agent growth and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relationships with partners to ensure service satisfaction and growth.
• Assist in acquisition support for areas (forms, booths, giveaways, materials).
• Deepen product knowledge and presence with partners through visits, alignment, and training to sustain referral engagement.
• Solicit card acquisition deals from existing and prospective accounts and external partners.
• Execute sales generation and bulk acquisition strategies based on data to meet targets.
