Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced analytics professional to act as an execution-focused partner for the issuer’s card portfolio. You will track performance, measure initiatives, identify improvements, and support card launches and campaigns.

The role centers on delivering rigorous analysis, partnering with cards teams and stakeholders, and driving actionable insights to optimize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer credit/debit cards, retail banking, or payments analytics.
• Strong understanding of card performance drivers and portfolio economics.
• Experience with card PnL, performance reports, dashboards and senior stakeholder reviews.
• Execution-focused and capable of translating data into clear insights.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and tracking of Mastercard initiatives, card launches and campaigns.
• Define and monitor success metrics with issuer stakeholders.
• Measure post-launch performance and identify optimization actions.
• Lead quarterly portfolio performance reviews and present insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling narratives.
