The role is highly analytical and execution-oriented and requires 7+ years in consumer cards or payments, with strong skills in P&L analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the issuer's cards team to analyze card portfolio performance, assess business initiatives, identify growth opportunities, define customer-centric strategies, and support the implementation of card products and campaigns. The role is highly analytical and execution-oriented, acting as a strategic partner to the issuer's card business team by delivering insights, business requirements, and recommendations that support portfolio growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in consumer cards, retail banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance, portfolio economics, and business analytics.
• Experience with P&L analysis, dashboarding, business reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting issuer card portfolios in an embedded or consulting capacity.
• Exposure to card launches, acquisition campaigns, or product lifecycle management initiatives
• Experience working directly with issuer product or marketing teams
• Experienced project manager in card business or former card business managers in top tier Philippines bank
