EastWest Bank is seeking a Credit Cards Usage Officer to lead end-to-end credit card campaigns, build merchant partnerships, and analyze market trends from Taguig and other key locations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing or credit card industry with strong negotiation, presentation, and analytics skills, plus knowledge of banking products and risk and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business field; 5+ years in marketing/credit card industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, especially credit cards and consumer loans.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, multitasking, and strong business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end execution, tracking, and analysis of complex credit card campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with merchants, payment schemes, and external partners.
• Conducts competitive analysis, customer data review, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
• Supports strategy development, identifies spending opportunities, and ensures timely execution of approved marketing initiatives.
• Coordinates with internal units, develops communication materials, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitors campaign performance, revenue, and expenses while maintaining stakeholder relationships and resolving issues to meet targets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience including 3 years in the credit card industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly credit cards and consumer loans, with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to speak and understand Visayan/Cebuano is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, creativity, multitasking, and comprehensive business analysis.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, financial and data analytics, risk and budget management, and campaign/project execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer focus, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT tools, business development, and cost-benefit analysis.
