Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Product Head (Credit Cards) to align card strategy with business goals, craft value propositions, oversee marketing from analysis to launch, ensure profitability and lead migration initiatives.

You will design activation programs for 0–3 MOB customers and continuously enhance the rewards program to support products, while mentoring a diverse team and driving end-to-end product lifecycle across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven expertise in credit card product management or portfolio leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer insights, and profitability drivers.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience: strategy, design, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Draws insights from data, customers and portfolio movement to develop proposals to improve product performance.
• Oversee product operations to ensure strategic execution and customer experience, and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
• Work closely with support groups and enablers to drive metrics and mitigate risks related to product delivery.
• Owns product performance monitoring and drives agile enhancements to grow the portfolio.
• Articulate product vision to enable development of high-impact go-to-market materials across channels.
• Orchestrates strategy and execution across units to drive business metrics.
• Mentor team members to exceed expectations and achieve career aspirations.
