Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Credit Analyst to process small business loan applications and renewals. The role involves prescreening, document gathering, and verifications to support credit proposals.

Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive training. Strong knowledge of credit concepts, regulatory standards, and MS Office is required to ensure compliant credit decisions within a collaborative evaluation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and corporate banking products and services
• Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Process small business loan applications and renewal of credit lines
• Perform prescreening, office file checking or internal checking, and verification
• Coordinate with Appraisal, Bank Checking, Trade Checking, and other departments
• Prepare documents needed to implement credit facilities and support reporting requirements
