Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of banking or microfinance experience.
• Familiar with the branch community and local networks.
• Prepared to conduct field work about 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the correct use of the organization’s lending methodology.
• Supervise and guide loans assessed by credit analysts.
• Lead the credit committee as needed per lending policies.
• Evaluate lending processes and policies for improvements.
• Analyze loan portfolio composition to meet business goals.
• Plan monthly activities for assigned credit analysts.
• Lead weekly/monthly meetings to review files and validate information.
