Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Credit Processor for the Consumer Banking Group to facilitate MSME loan inquiries and support sound account evaluation in line with bank standards. The role requires system checks, timely feedback, and participation in process improvements.

Onsite work is required in Ortigas. A Bachelor's in business and basic credit knowledge are preferred, with banking experience advantageous. Strong communication and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Business Course.
• Preferably 1 year banking experience; banking experience is an advantage.
• Must be computer literate, detail-oriented and have good communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Performs checking on the various NAPU systems and databases accurately within acceptable turn-around time.
• Gives timely feedback during regular meetings to resolve issues and/or improve process.
• Proposes/implements procedural and system enhancements.
• Assists Credit Assistant Team by doing internal and external checkings on Auto accounts.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
