Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Australian mortgage broking or credit analysis.
• Hands-on with Quickli, lender calculators, ApplyOnline, and broker CRMs.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending policies and responsible lending.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written English for submission notes.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit and income assessments for loans.
• Calculate borrowing capacity and select lenders per policy.
• Prepare complete submission notes and pricing requests.
• Audit documents for compliance and identify gaps.
• Order and review valuations and maintain CRM data.
• Prepare lender comparison reports with supporting rationale.
