D2B is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to support the Australian team with end-to-end loan packaging, CRM management, and settlement coordination. This backend-focused offshore role collaborates with a Senior Australian Credit Analyst to move deals from start to finish.

Duties include CRM & pipeline management, loan processing, pricing coordination, and settlement progression, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst or Loan Processor within an Australian brokerage or lender environment.
• Hands-on experience using Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM strongly preferred.
• Proven experience packaging and submitting mortgage applications.
• Strong understanding of Australian lending processes and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain clean, compliant files.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proactive “follow-up until done” mindset.

Responsabilidades

• CRM & pipeline management to keep accurate notes, task tracking, and status updates.
• Process loan applications end-to-end, including file setup and documentation.
• Package mortgage applications for submission and coordinate with lenders.
• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and resolve issues early.
• Monitor deadlines, lender conditions, and settlement timelines.
• Provide regular updates to keep the team informed.
