Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a diligent Collections Associate to handle outbound and inbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide accurate information to clients. This role requires polite, professional, and assertive communication in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, can multi-task, and is willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City, with at least a high school diploma. Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses and benefits are provided.

• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
