Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an entry-level collections associate in Pampanga. You will handle outgoing and incoming calls, inform clients about due dates and contract details, and arrange payment solutions for overdue accounts, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Tagalog and English, have basic computer skills, and live in Pampanga with reliable internet. This role offers a day shift and opportunities for growth within the consumer finance team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Should be able to multitask, highly adaptable, and assertive.
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.
• Currently residing in Pampanga.
• At least 25B MBPS internet connection.

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, and client duties.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and arrange payment solutions.
• Handle calls politely, professionally, and assertively with accurate information.
• Handle mail and other administrative activities for Early Collections Department.

• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to the needs of Early Collections Department
