Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in Field Sales executive/management.
• 5-8 years’ experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a mid-size organization.
• Experience in building a sales team.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow profitable customer relationships within an assigned portfolio and channel.
• Lead commercial initiatives across the relationship sales channel and align with DHL Express growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Network teams to deliver logistics solutions.
• Develop and implement a high-performance service culture within the department.
• Plan, organize and direct the commercial function and monitor KPI performance.
