The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Philippines seeks a senior market leader to drive growth across channels, brands and partnerships. You will lead strategic market development, manage P&L, and coordinate with Brand Leads to execute our brand philosophy and retail excellence.

This role collaborates with VP/GM to expand geography, optimize OPEX, monitor regulatory risks, build distributor relationships and elevate brand equity while ensuring compliance and strong execution in-store.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term market and brand strategies to maximize sales growth.
• Represent the ELC Corporate brand with integrity in the new geography.
• Reinforce brand philosophies and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
• Form partnerships with distribution partners and landlords to optimize presence.
• Maintain P&L targets, control OPEX, and manage expenses with 3PSP.
• Monitor market risks and economic changes affecting business.
• Gather market intelligence on regulatory and political developments.
• Collaborate with Brand Leads and VP/GM to align strategy and execution.
