Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in costing or pricing, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Immediate start preferred in Mandaue City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of costing, pricing, business analytics, or related experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and service pricing lists based on Finance-approved pricing.
• Prepare and maintain costing for examinations, profile packages, corporate packages, and sendout examinations.
• Conduct regular competitor and market pricing checks to support pricing strategies.
• Prepare costing, pricing, inventory, and competitor analysis reports for management and relevant departments.
• Consolidate costing data and provide support for ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation and version history of costing reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other departments on pricing and costing matters.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Costing Specialist who will manage and maintain accurate pricing and costing records for inventory, services, and healthcare packages. The role supports pricing accuracy, market competitiveness, reporting, and coordination with Finance, Medical Affairs, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated inventory and service pricing lists based on Finance-approved pricing.


• Prepare and maintain costing for individual examinations, profile packages, corporate packages, and sendout examinations.


• Conduct regular competitor and market pricing checks to support competitive pricing strategies.


• Prepare costing, pricing, inventory, and competitor analysis reports for management and relevant departments.


• Consolidate costing data and provide support for ad hoc reporting requirements.


• Maintain proper documentation and version history of costing reports.


• Coordinate closely with Finance, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other departments on pricing and costing matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field.


• 1-2 years of relevant experience in costing, pricing, business analytics, or a related role.


• Healthcare, diagnostic, or medical laboratory industry experience is an advantage.


• Familiarity with healthcare services, profile packages, corporate health packages, and sendout/referral examinations is preferred.


• Knowledge of EMR, CIS, or similar healthcare systems is an advantage.


• Understanding of PhilHealth, HMO, and corporate account pricing is a plus.


• Can start immediately.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; SharePoint knowledge is an advantage.


• Basic knowledge of data management and ETL processes.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling pricing and costing data.


• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong coordination skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
