Job summary

The Medical City Clinic in Pasig is seeking a Costing and Pricing Analyst to support sustainable growth and patient access by developing and monitoring costing and pricing for healthcare services and packages. The role ensures pricing decisions are financially sound, compliant with healthcare regulations, and aligned with operational and market realities.

You will collaborate across departments and with external partners, translating data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
1–2 years in costing, pricing, financial analysis, or healthcare finance.
Knowledge of cost accounting.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Anaplan is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain costing and pricing models for services, procedures, and packages.
Analyze cost structures, utilization trends, and margin performance.
Conduct market and competitive pricing analysis across clinics and hospitals.
Support pricing discussions with HMOs, corporate accounts, and institutional partners.
Ensure pricing compliance with healthcare regulations (senior citizen and PWD discounts, PhilHealth case rates, DOH, and other applicable guide).
Monitor post-implementation pricing performance and adjustments.
Collaborate with departments to validate assumptions and volume drivers.
Provide costing and pricing inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
