The role involves preparing profit plans, budgeting consolidations, pricing data analysis, and producing management reports for decision-makers.

The position requires a B.S. in Accountancy and preferably 1 year of accounting department experience, with onsite work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

• Preferably with minimum one year experience in an Accounting Department.
• Willing to work onsite.

The FINANCE ASSOCIATE FOR BUSINESS, PRICING AND REPORTS provides quality administrative and technical support services to the authorized internal and external customers of the Department such as encoding, filing and preparing various documents as well as implementing tasks and activities using set policies, procedures and guidelines to achieve expected outputs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists in the coordination and preparation of profit plan and budgets of all Departments of the hospital and make consolidations thereof.
• Gives assistances in analyzing price data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makersAssist Coordinates closely with business partnerstheir costing concernsthat needs computation of promotional discount
• Prepares charts and graphs. Tabulates statistical data for presentation pertaining to Business, Pricing and Reports Department.
• Maintains the cost data file needed for costing analysis, development of pricing schemes, rates establishment and other financial study or evaluat ionUpdates and maintains price reference file, cost analysis file, financial studies and review files, and other records being maintained by the department.
• Coordinates with other department's matter which affect job functions such as costing analysis, importation of requirements, census, etc.
• Maintains and adheres to strict confidentiality of all records/documents and patients information purposes
• Observes and complies with the Hospital Polices and Procedures and Associate’s Creed.
• Performs other tasks relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or group head.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
