The role requires CPA and at least 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to support the clinic's operations and growth. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in audits and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with local government reporting requirements and tax filings.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.

• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

Qualifications:

• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience/general accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
