Qualifications

• With 1 to 2 years of work experience in accounting.
• Advantage if familiar with accounting terminologies and SAP.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel; ability to prepare presentation materials.
• Able to business write and pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and preparation of profit plans and budgets for all hospital departments and consolidate results.
• Analyze price data from industry standards, past sales trends and competitors; report to decision-makers.
• Coordinate with business partners on costing concerns and promotional discounts calculations.
• Prepare charts and graphs; tabulate statistical data for business, pricing and reports.
• Maintain cost data files for costing analyses, pricing schemes, and financial studies.
• Update price references, cost analyses, and financial review files; maintain department records.
• Coordinate with other departments on costing analysis, importation, census or related requirements.

The incumbent provides support in budget and profit planning, pricing, costing analysis, and financial reporting across hospital departments. Assists in analyzing market and pricing data, coordinating costing and promotional discount requirements, and preparing reports, charts, and statistical presentations. Maintains accurate cost, pricing, and financial reference files and coordinates with various departments on matters related to costing, census, importation, and other financial studies.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY
• With 1 to 2 years of work experience in ACCOUNTING
• Advantage if familiar with Accounting terminologies and use of SAP system.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs such as EXCEL, advantage if can do presentation materials
• Can do business writing and keen to details

Job Descriptions:

• Assists in the coordination and preparation of profit plan and budgets of all Departments of the hospital and make consolidations thereof
• Gives assistance in analyzing price data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers
• Assist Coordinates closely with business partners their costing concerns that needs computation of promotional discount
• Prepares charts and graphs. Tabulates statistical data for presentation pertaining to Business, Pricing and Reports Department
• Maintains the cost data file needed for costing analysis, development of pricing schemes, rates establishment and other financial study or evaluation
• Updates and maintains price reference file, cost analysis file, financial studies and review files, and other records being maintained by the department
• Coordinates with other departments, matter which affect job functions such as costing analysis, importation or requirements, census, etc.
