Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemical/Industrial/Cosmetics)
• 3–5 years in manufacturing plant management within cosmetics, skincare, pharma, or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements
• Experience with inventory management, procurement coordination, and operational reporting
• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in Excel/ERP tools and production management software

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on orders and inventory.
• Allocate resources to meet targets while minimizing waste.
• Monitor output and workflow to ensure timely manufacturing and compliance with SOPs.
• Lead safety, training, and supervision of production staff and line leaders.
