• Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or laboratory settings, preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
• Must be a self-starter capable of meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple sections.

Responsibilities

• Strategically schedule department functions to ensure prompt order delivery according to requirements.
• Lead production staff, enforce PPE protocols, discipline, and due process when needed.
• Oversee conversion of sales orders to BMRs and ensure accurate weighing, calibration, and QC records.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.
