Job summary

Asia Cosmos Cosmetics Manufacturing in Metro Manila is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee daily production to meet targets and schedules. You will lead a workforce of 50–70 employees including operators, line leaders, and support staff.

The role requires GMP knowledge, hands-on leadership, and strong ability to coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, and maintenance while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and GMP knowledge.
• 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising 50–70 employees.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cosmetics or personal care production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production to meet targets and schedules.
• Lead a production workforce of 50–70 employees.
• Manage manpower allocation, scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to formulas, batch records, and SOPs.
• Monitor output, yield, downtime, material usage, and costs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Planning for smooth operations.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and housekeeping across production areas.
