The role requires hands-on GDS experience, knowledge of international travel regulations, and strong communication skills to support clients with travel insurance and loyalty programs. On-site work at MOA, Pasay City is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer support experience.
• Experience supporting corporate travel clients.
• Hands-on GDS experience required.
