Job summary

Cabletech Support and Resources Inc. is seeking a TheSales Associate to drive revenue by selling to corporate clients, delivering compelling presentations, closing deals, and managing accounts to meet revenue targets.

The role includes preparing proposals, demonstrations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a BS Marketing or related degree, strong presentation and negotiation skills, field sales experience, and the ability to travel using company vehicles.

Qualifications

• College graduate - BS Marketing or any Business Related Course.
• Patience / Customer Orientation / Product Knowledge / Kind / Approachable / Flexible; Presentation Skills / Team Player / Interpersonal Skills.
• Latest Marketing strategies, Effective Salesmanship or Sales Techniques; Presentation and Negotiation skills and related competencies.
• Most of the time spent on the field; travels by land using company vehicles for product/service presentations.
• Desktop computer use; collection of advance deposits and monthly payments for subscriptions and services.

Responsibilities

• Active Selling and Revenue Generation—identifies, approaches, and closes deals with new corporate clients.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations—prepares and delivers persuasive presentations; conducts product/service demos; handles objections.
• Account Management—maintains and expands relationships with existing clients; provides proactive solutions.
• Sales Planning & Reporting—executes strategic sales plans; maintains pipeline and forecasts; collaborates with marketing and operations.
• Market Awareness—monitors trends and identifies new business opportunities.
