The role involves managing B2B accounts, assisting with events, and coordinating end-to-end order processes, including production, inventory, packaging, and delivery to drive timely updates and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, and events management.
• Proven experience in client management, sales, and event management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing B2B accounts by handling client communications, preparing quotations, contracts, and other account-related documentation.
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of sales events, exhibits, and promotional activities, including logistics, manpower, and on-site operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end coordination of closed B2B accounts, ensuring timely production, inventory, packaging, and delivery.
• Monitor project and order progress, provide regular updates to clients and management, and ensure commitments are fulfilled on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive efficient execution of sales initiatives, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
