Job summary

A leading recruiting firm in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Executive with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience. The role involves implementing sales strategies, leading a team, and managing customer relationships. Ideal candidates are proficient in English and have knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. This is an on-site position with a contract duration of 5 months, potentially extendable, located at Menarco Tower, Taguig. Transportation and communication costs will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to work night shifts and fieldwork.
