Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Sales Executive to implement strategies and manage customer relationships in Taguig. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and at least 2 years of experience in sales. Proficiency in English and experience with MS Office and CRM tools is essential. The role requires a fast learner passionate about sales, with a background in Food and Beverage preferred. Compensation includes reimbursable transportation and communication costs, with a possible contract extension after 5 months.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Implementing sales strategies, providing team leadership.
• Managing sales operations.
• Managing customer relationships.
• Collaborating with other departments.
• Conducting training and development for the on-trade.
• Managing sales budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for salesSelf‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Preferably with a background in Food and Beverage.

Must be amenable to working at night and in the field.

Contract is 5 months only, but a possibility of extension once required.
