Job summary

Accupower Distributors Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with current customers, identify new markets, and promote exclusive Bando and Fuji products. Responsibilities

• Be the principal contact between customers and the company and ensure the right products and services.
• Identify new markets and develop prospective customer leads.
• Sell exclusive Bando and Fuji products to meet customer needs.
• Collect overdue payments and track delinquent accounts via visit, phone, or email.
• Propose repayment plans and help customers find payment solutions.
• Perform periodic visits and establish new accounts within the territory.
• Provide market feedback on conditions, trends, and competitors.
• Report sales results for the past 6 months during Area Audit Meetings.
• Keep management informed with activity and territory analyses.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.

• To be the principal point of contact between customers and to ensure current customers have the right products and services,
• Identify new markets and customer leads and develop prospective customers.
• Serves customers by selling exclusive products of Bando and Fuji products and meeting customer needs.
• Collects overdue payments on accounts, and track delinquent accounts by visit, phone or e-mail and assist them
• Provides proposal on delinquent payments by negotiating repayment plans and encouraging customers to find alternative payment solutions.
• Performs cycle visit to customer on the based-on schedule:
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Provide market feedback in the assigned territory on market condition, market trends and competitors movement.
• Provide report and presentation of sales for the past 6 months during Area Audit Meeting.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
