Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corporation is seeking a qualified lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support and document management. The role involves coordinating with law enforcement, drafting legal instruments, and assisting in preliminary investigations and inquest proceedings.

You will conduct legal research, prepare cases, and support management with legal insights. Willingness to travel and be assigned in Bacolod City is preferred.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a Corporate or Litigation Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with law enforcement agencies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Attend and assist in Preliminary Investigation and/or Inquest Proceedings before the Prosecutor’s Office.
• Assist in legal research, case preparation, and documentation.
• Provide legal support to Management and company operations.
• Perform other legal duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management and the Immediate Head.

• Experience coordinating with police officers or law enforcement agencies is an advantage.

• Experience in Preliminary Investigation and/or Inquest Proceedings is an advantage.

• Experience in filing Search Warrants is an advantage.

• Background or experience in the Energy or LPG industry is an advantage.

• Willing to learn and adapt to various legal and operational requirements.

• Ability to drive is an advantage.
