Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a qualified legal professional to join our in-house team in Makati. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, contract review, and corporate governance, supporting retail operations and marketing initiatives.

You will coordinate with government agencies, external counsel, and internal departments, applying your Philippine law knowledge and strong research and negotiation skills to ensure compliant business practices and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws.
• Member of the Philippine Bar and licensed Attorney.
• At least 1 year of legal work experience in a law firm or a corporation.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in contract review, legal documentation, corporate policies, and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in retail regulatory compliance, consumer protection, labor law, data privacy, permits, and licensing is preferred.
• Willing to coordinate with government agencies, external counsel, and internal departments as needed.
