D'open Kitchen is seeking a Corporate Event Services Executive to be the host and face of our cooking studio for corporate clients. You will drive energy, warmth, and seamless organization for teambuilding sessions, celebrations, and culinary workshops.

You will manage client inquiries through execution and follow-up, tailoring itineraries to objectives and ensuring high satisfaction in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Natural oratorical presence for large crowds
• Excellent spoken English with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in event hosting, teambuilding, hospitality or client-facing operations preferred
• Attention to detail, time management, multitasking in a fast-paced studio
• Some F&B background

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MC/host for corporate cooking events including teambuilding, celebrations, and workshops
• Facilitate icebreakers, teambuilding activities, and culinary competitions for corporate groups
• Speak confidently to groups 20–70+ guests and ensure inclusive, engaging experiences
• Act as main liaison from initial inquiry through event execution and follow-up
• Tailor itineraries to client objectives and group dynamics for high-impact sessions
• Maintain prompt, professional, friendly communication to secure repeat bookings
• Coordinate event flow with the culinary team to ensure timing and logistics run smoothly
• Assist mise en place for event menus and setups
• Oversee branding, media moments, and event materials
• Handle on-the-spot client requests with adaptability and a solution mindset
