Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team and provide expert legal guidance on all business and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate, labor, data privacy, SEC, DTI, and other relevant regulations.
• Provide sound legal advice to management on business decisions, risk management, and company policies.
• Handle company registrations, renewals, permits, and support any M&A or corporate restructuring.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, settlement negotiations, and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
• Maintain corporate records, board resolutions, and update legal compliance documentation.
• Monitor new laws and regulations affecting the business and recommend action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor; Must be a licensed Philippine lawyer (Passed the Bar).
