We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team and provide expert legal guidance on all business and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
Ensure full compliance with corporate, labor, data privacy, SEC, DTI, and other relevant regulations.
Provide sound legal advice to management on business decisions, risk management, and company policies.
Handle company registrations, renewals, permits, and support any M&A or corporate restructuring.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, settlement negotiations, and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
Maintain corporate records, board resolutions, and update legal compliance documentation.
Monitor new laws and regulations affecting the business and recommend action plans.
Qualifications
