Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and develop new client relationships aligned with targets.
• Manage existing relationships to grow, maintain, or exit accounts.
• Maximize profitability through deposits and optimal fund deployment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete account documentation and relationship housekeeping.
• Support ROCE targets for the division.
• Oversee fair distribution of sales targets and use of team resources.
• Identify high-return lending opportunities with prudent risk management.
